Both the Mens and Ladies Selectors consist of five members. The Captain, the Vice Captain, and three elected full playing members of the club (elected at the AGM in November). Both sets of Selectors meet almost every Monday morning throughout the season at the Club House. Any player who wants to come along and watch the selection process is welcome to do so, but they are not allowed to interrupt or have any input into the decisions made at that time. If any member has an queries or complaints about the selection process they should put them to their Members Representative in writing, who will investigate the situation, liaise with the Selectors, and report back in writing to the player or bring it to the attention of the AEC for a written reply from them too.

The Selectors use a purpose built selection computer programme which lists every player's availability, selection, reserve status and results, through out the season. The statistics from this data can be viewed on the changing room notice board, on a monthly basis.
