Grandparents Day 2026

Only open to our members' grandchildren
Calling Ashcombe grandparents - an opportunity for you to join your grandchildren (aged 5 and above) in a fun day of Bowling at Ashcombe.
Please sign up (the list is in club house) to attend or call/see Jayne Blunden for information
Safeguarding paperwork will be completed on the day
Grandparents Day Sunday 12th July
As there is an Amber alert for Sunday and we want to keep all the children (&adults) safe
please ensure that the children especially have hats, appropriate clothing, plenty of drinks and sunscreen applied and access to sunscreen throughout the day. (Please be aware that the responsible adult be it parent/grandparent/carer will have full responsibility for applying extra sunscreen)
Signing in will start at 10.30, consent forms to be completed, Then our event should be ready for the off at 11am. We anticipate the close of the day between 2.30 and 3 pm.
