North Somerset Triples League
18 ends - 3 triples (each 3 players with 3 bowls)
Historically, Ashcombe Ladies regard this as our top league.
As with all away matches (apart from Clarence), our players can be transported by our designated drivers.

We see these as ideal opportunities for players to experiment in new positions such as Lead, Two or Skip, as there is no pressure on them to win. The Friendlies may be cancelled by either team if not enough players are available (but this happens very rarely)
Tea & biscuits after
There are 10 Points available for each match and are calculated as follows –
- 2 points for each winning Triple (i.e. max 6 points available)
- If a Triple draws then each Team gets 1 point
- The total number of shots is then added together - 4 points to the team with the highest total of shots
