Ladies County Triples League
18 ends - 3 triples (each 3 players with 3 bowls)
These matches are always played on Saturday mornings at 10.30, and are against fairly local clubs. We would particularly welcome players who are committed to playing in every match so that we can build up consistent triples who get to know each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
Players can be transported by our designated drivers to Mark Moor and Wedmore. All the other clubs are in WSM.
WHITES – Light lunch provided (eg bread, pate, cheese, grapes, crisps) - Person in charge – ????
There are 12 Points available for each match and are calculated as follows –
- 2 points for each winning Triple (i.e. max 6 points available)
- If a Triple draws then each Team gets 1 point
- The total number of shots is then added together - 6 points to the team with the highest total of shots
